HEPA Vacuum
Rental Program
If your home contains
lead-based paint and you are thinking about doing your own home
renovations or repair projects, it is recommended that you rent a HEPA
filter vacuum to properly control the spread of dust and debris in
your project area. Whenever you are disturbing lead-based paint, lead
is present in dust and debris and is very dangerous if inhaled or
ingested. Young children are especially vulnerable to exposure to lead
and should be kept far away from construction work areas.
HEPA
filter vacuums are now available to rent at no charge from HBMS
through the Flin Flon Community Health Project.
If you are interested in renting a HEPA filter vacuum, please contact

687-2381.
You will be required to leave your name, phone number and address when
renting a vacuum.
